How does the free trial work?

New workspaces start with a 7-day trial that includes every Platinum feature. Pick any plan before it ends to keep going without interruption.

How is pricing calculated?

Each price is for one active CRM user license, including the administrator, per month. Prices exclude 18% GST. Annual billing — 12 months for the price of 10 — is available on request.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your workspace becomes read-only until you choose a plan, so your data stays safe. Billing, login and settings keep working.

Can I add more team members?

Yes. Add extra user licenses at the same per-license price as your plan, and manage roles and access from your workspace.

Does it work with WhatsApp?

Yes. Send personal or bulk WhatsApp messages and review delivery history without leaving your CRM. You connect your own WhatsApp Business account, and Meta’s own rules and fees apply.

Is my customer data safe?

Each organisation’s records stay in its own workspace, protected by sign-in, role-based permissions and activity records. AI answers stay within the records a person is allowed to see.

Can I try the AI assistant?

AI Chat is part of Platinum, which is included in your trial. Ask things like “Who needs a follow-up today?” and get a focused view of your own records.

Will the AI send messages without my review?

Your organisation stays in control. AI output is assistance, so review customer-facing messages and automated follow-up settings before turning them on.
